Pop-Up Yin Yoga: Full Body Reset

Join us for an hour of deep relaxation and renewal in this soothing Yin Yoga class. Designed to help you reset your body, mind, and nervous system, this class blends long-held, passive stretches with mindful breathwork to promote relaxation, ease tension, and create space for stillness.

Yin Yoga is a slow, introspective style of yoga performed entirely on the ground or seated. Each pose is held for several minutes, allowing you to target the connective tissue, joints, and fascia while releasing deep-held tension. This calming practice offers an opportunity to quiet your mind, soften your body, and invite balance to your nervous system.
