Teen Yoga
SUN JUL 26, 3:50 - 4:45 PM CDT (SUN JUL 26, 3:50 - 4:45 PM CDT)

Being a teenager today comes with a lot of pressure. Between school, sports, activities, friendships, and social media, it can be hard to find time to slow down and recharge.

This class offers teens a supportive space to move, breathe, and reset.

Through beginner-friendly yoga, secular mindfulness practices, and simple nervous system regulation tools, participants will learn practical skills to help reduce stress, manage anxiety, improve focus, and navigate emotions with greater confidence. In addition to supporting mental and emotional well-being, yoga can improve flexibility, balance, mobility, and body awareness, helping teens feel stronger and more comfortable in their bodies.

No yoga or athletic experience is needed.

This is not about being flexible or performing poses perfectly. It is about learning tools that support both physical and mental well-being while creating space to relax, connect, and have fun.
