Slow Full Body Yoga Flow

Move through a well balanced, all-levels Hatha Yoga practice that engages your whole body while calming your mind. In this class, you’ll mindfully flow through sequences that stretch, energize and strengthen with options and modifications so you can practice at the level that feels right for you.

Expect a steady pace that blends standing, seated, and balancing postures with focused breathwork, helping you improve flexibility, build strength, increase overall wellness and decrease stress. Each session ends with gentle stretching and final relaxation (Savasana) so you leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and recharged.

This 60-minute Slow Full Body Flow is designed for all levels, including beginners.

Class held in the "STUDIO" at Redwood, enter through the blue door.
