Restore & Release Chair Yoga

This gentle chair and wall yoga class is designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support mobility through slow, restorative movement. Using the chair and wall for comfort and support, we’ll move at an easeful pace with light stretching, mindful breathing, and calming movements.

The focus is on releasing tension, improving circulation, and supporting immune health while creating a sense of safety and relaxation in the body. This class is ideal if you’re feeling stressed, fatigued, or simply in need of a softer, more nurturing practice.

Beginner friendly. All abilities welcome.

This class is designed to be supportive and accessible. The chair and wall are used to provide stability and confidence, and all movements are optional. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace, rest when needed, and choose what feels right for your body. There is no floor work, no pressure to perform, and no experience required.
