
Enjoy a morning of outdoor community yoga in a peaceful setting by the pond behind Redwood.
Slowly move through a well balanced, all-levels Gentle Yoga Flow practice that mindfully engages your whole body while calming your mind. During this class, you’ll flow slowly through mindful sequences that stretch, energize and strengthen with options and modifications so you can practice at the level that feels right for you.
Yoga practice will end with a special 10-minute guided Yoga Nidra meditation giving you an opportunity for true rest, relaxation and connecting to ease within the mind, body and soul.
Take time for full-body care and decrease stress on this special Saturday morning event before the Natural Health Expo. Class will be led by Josephine, Hatha 200-RYT Yoga Instructor and Yoga Nidra meditation led by Yoga Therapist, Rebecca Wanee from Made Well Yoga Therapy.
